Oh yeah, you read that right. As with the previous series, the YZF-R1M isn’t a full production bike, so its limited units mean not everyone submitting their preorder will actually get one. Yamaha will filter all and make sure its pride and joy will reach experienced riders, privateer racers, and individual race teams first.

Only then Yamaha will start to distribute the available units to standard clients so you’ll also need quite a bit of luck, apart from the money, to get one.
Moreover, the 998cc crossplane 4-cylinder engine has been tuned to develop 200 HP.
